Things have been crazy this summer. With the move, trying to sell the old house (Reality check: the real estate market really DOES suck right now, sigh.), a baby who won't sleep, a preschooler with a penchant for going her own way ALL THE TIME, and three jobs, something had to give. I'm sorry to say it was writing for the amazingly awesome Stefania and the folks at Savvy Source. The good news is that another writer, who's also a former teacher (hi, Emily!), took the reigns and she's doing a great job providing San Antonio parents with a wealth of fun things to do with their preschoolers. If you're in our area or will be, be sure to visit Emily at Being Savvy San Antonio for her wonderful insight and tips. And don't forget to check out the Being Savvy blogs that talented parents are writing all across the U.S. and Canada (see Being Savvy Near You and the accompanying drop down box on this page).
My other two jobs are still keeping me busy but now I have a smidgen of time available again for things like reading (I'm almost through Breaking Dawn. What a delicious, guilty pleasure!) and posting here.
